Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 2-1/4 cups dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 3-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat then stir in brown sugar and milk.
  2. Bring to boil 2 minutes stirring frequently.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
  4. Pour over confectioners' sugar in a large mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
  5. Pour into square dish and chill until firm then cut into squares.
