Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place frozen potatoes in greased 13x9 pan.
  2. Melt over medium heat the milk, margarine and velveeta, stirring so it does not stick.
  3. Pour over frozen potatoes.
  4. At this point the dish can sit at room temperature for 1 hour or be refrigerated til baking time or you can bake immediately.
  5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour until bubbly.
