Ingredients:

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp sage

Directions:

  1. Slice loaf of bread into slices, but only partway thru, leaving the bottom connecting the whole loaf.
  2. Mix butter and spices. Spread on one side of each slice in loaf.
  3. Wrap in foil. Warm in 325 oven for 10 minutes. Then open foil 3-5 minutes more to crisp.
