Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray 9-inch (at least 1/2 inch deep) pie pan with cooking spray.
  3. Combine first 7 ingredients (apples- cinnamon) in bowl.
  4. Spoon apple mixture into pie pan.
  5. Sprinkle with pecans.
  6. To make topping: Combine last three ingredients (1 1/2 cups brown sugar- butter) with fork until crumbly.
  7. Sprinkle topping over apples.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until brown and bubbling.
