Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and slice cucumbers in thin round slices into a bowl.
  2. Spinkle with salt and let stand for about 20-30 minutes.
  3. Squeeze out excess moisture.
  4. Place in serving bowl and add garlic,paprika,vinegar and sour cream
  5. Mix well and serve cold.
