Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Thinly slice cucumbers; place in bow;, mix tsp salt and allow cucumbers to weep for an hour or so; then drainb with colendar.
  2. Place cucumbers in bowl.
  3. Add minced garlic and allow to set for another hour or so.
  4. Mix cream and vinegar to taste (3-6 tbl) and add to cucumbers.
  5. Sprinkle mixture with paprika.
