Crusty Potato Bread - Bread Machine

Ingredients:

  • 3 1/4 cups bread flour
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/4 cups water

Directions:

  1. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select White Bread Cycle; press Start.
  2. My machine takes 2 1/2 from start to finish (baked).
