This is a very comforting bread, hearty and tastes good on a cold day. Ingredients:
3 1/4 cups bread flour |
1/2 cup instant potato flakes |
1 tablespoon white sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 1/4 cups water |
2 teaspoons instant yeast |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select White Bread Cycle; press Start. 2. My machine takes 2 1/2 from start to finish (baked). |
