Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp yeast
  • 2 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1 tbsp dry milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 2/3 cup warm water

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients into bread maker.
  2. Set bread machine to Dough method.
  3. When cycle is done, break dough into 12 balls. Smooth and place on baking sheet.
  4. Let rise to desired size, 15-30 minutes.
  5. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 15-18 minutes.
  6. Remove rolls from oven. Butter tops of rolls while still warm.
