Crustless Apple Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/8 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:

  1. Peel apples, core and cut in slices.
  2. Place in pan with the sugar, cinnamon and water.
  3. Cook till partially done about 10 minutes.
  4. Place in greased 9 pie pan.
  5. Cream butter, brown sugar, flour, baking powder and salt together. Work with fork until completely mixed.
  6. Spread over apples in pie pan.
  7. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
