Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Take the steak and sprinkle the tenderizer on it and beat with a meat tenderizer.
  2. Cut meat into 1in cubes.
  3. Mix meat, sauce, tomaties, green pepper, onion, italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt & pepper in crock pot.
  4. Set on low for 8-9hrs or high for 4-5hrs.
  5. Serve over egg noodles.
