Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and thinly slice potatoes.
  2. Toss slices in 1 cup water and 1/2 tsp cream of tarter.
  3. Drain in colander.
  4. This step is necessary so that potatoes don't turn brown.
  5. Put half of sliced potatoes in greased crockpot.
  6. Top with half of onion slices, flour, salt and pepper.
  7. Add remaining sliced potatoes and onions.
  8. Sprinkle with remaining flour.
  9. Add butter and undiluted soup.
  10. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
  11. Add cheese slices 30 minutes before serving.
