Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs

Directions:

  1. Heat to rolling boil in saucepan.
  2. 1 cup water.
  3. 1/2 cup butter
  4. Stir in all at once
  5. 1 cup flour.
  6. Stir over low heat until mixture leaves the pan and forms a ball about 1 minute remove from heat and beat in one at a time 4 eggs
  7. Drop on ungreased baking sheet
  8. Bake until dry - 400 F
  9. (I like to bake them 10 mins 400 F or 20 mins 350).
  10. 8 large puffs.
