Cranberry Orange Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup coursely ground cranberries
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. Combine all wet ingredients. Combine all dry ingredients. Mix both together by hand until moist.
  2. Spray loaf pan
  3. Bake one hour at 350 degrees
