Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups oats, uncooked
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups m & 's
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 (16 oz) can cranberry sauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease 13 by 9 by 2 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl; combine flour, oats, 3/4 cup sugar and butter; mix until crumbly. reserve 1 1/2 cup. stir in 1/2 cup m&m's. press into pan and bake 15 minutes. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese; gradually add in condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla. pour evenly over crust. In a small bowl combine the remaining cornstarch, 1 tbsp sugar, and cranberry sauce. spoon over cream cheese mix.
  3. Stir in remaining m&m's into remaining crumb mixture; mix together and sprinkle on top. bake 40 minutes. cool.
