Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut crust of bread
  2. Cut bread into quarters
  3. Place on baking tray and toast under broiler.. carefull!
  4. Mix up ingredients except egg whites
  5. Whip egg whites to stiff fluffyness
  6. Fold in egg whites to mixture
  7. Flip over toast corners and cover with mix
  8. Sprinkle more cheese on top
  9. Put under broiler till they rise a bit and brown
  10. Eat Eat Eat and be merry ;)
