Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine chopped meat, onion salt and pepper then set aside.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder and salt then make well in center of flour.
  3. Beat eggs and milk then pour in a steady stream stirring flour in gradually and beat until smooth.
  4. Stir in meat mixture then heat oil and butter and drop batter into mixture and fry 3 minutes.
  5. Drain on paper towels then serve with salsa and sour cream.
