Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Layer peeled carrots in a shallow baking dish.
  2. In small bowl, stir together coffee liqueur, orange juice and brown sugar; pour over the carrots.
  3. Bake in 325° oven for 30 min.
  4. ,basting frequently.
  5. Or until the carrots are tender.
  6. Makes 6 servings.
  7. NOTE: IF YOU DON'T WANT THE COFFEE LIQUEUR, add more sweetener, and about 1/2 tsp.
  8. Instant coffee crystals.
  9. I usually just use about 1/2 c.
  10. VERY strong coffee.
