Ingredients:

  • 2 2/3 cups coconut
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. 1. Combine coconut, sugar, flour, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Stir in egg whites and almond extract.
  3. 3. Stir in chopped almonds and mix well.
  4. 4. Drop fron a teaspoon onto a sligthly greased baking sheet.
  5. 5. Bake at 305 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
