Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Stir together butter, sugars, egg substitute, and vanilla.
  2. Add everything else except apples and stir.
  3. Stir in apples and 1 cup pecans if desired.
  4. Bake in a 13 by 9 inch pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until knife comes out clean.
  5. Ice with cream cheese frosting if desired.
  6. Enjoy.
