Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat waffle iron as manufacturer directs. Preheat oven to 200. Combine milk,butter,eggs and vanilla in blender and blend well.
  2. Add the flour,sugar,cocoa,baking powder,baking soda and salt and blend until just combined.
  3. When waffle iron is ready,pour in batter. Cover and bake as manufacturer directs(don't lift cover during baking). When waffle is done,lift cover and loosen waffle with a fork. Place waffles directly on oven rack to keep warm and crisp while you repeat the process with remaining batter.(you'll get 12 standard waffles)
  4. Serve each person 2 waffles;top with a scoop of ice cream and drizzle with 1 Tbs chocolate syrup or fudge. Garnish with sliced strawberried,and /or confectioners sugar.
