Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup 1% low-fat milk

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except vanilla extract in a small saucepan. Bring sugar mixture to a boil, and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Cover sauce and chill.
