This recipe goes with Chocolate-Souffléd Crepes Ingredients:
3 tablespoons sugar |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa |
1 cup 1% low-fat milk |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except vanilla extract in a small saucepan. Bring sugar mixture to a boil, and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Cover sauce and chill. |
