Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat butter and cream cheese until light.
  2. Add icing sugar and egg.
  3. Beat until smooth.
  4. Add rind and vanilla.
  5. Stir.
  6. Mix in flour, salt, and chocolate chips.
  7. Put into greased 9x9 inch pan.
  8. Bake in 350 oven for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Cool.
  10. For icing, beat cream cheese with orange juice.
  11. Add icing sugar and beat.
  12. Add more icing sugar or more orange juice as needed for easy spreading.
  13. Spread over bars.
  14. Keep refrigerated.
  15. Cut while cool.
  16. Allow to come to room temperature before serving.
