Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 large eggs

Directions:

  1. Sift dry ingredients.
  2. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until creamy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
  5. Stir in chunks and nuts.
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes at 375 degrees.
