These are the perfect chocolate chip cookie with bigger chips. Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 cup butter |
3/4 cup sugar |
3/4 cup light brown sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 large eggs |
1 3/4 cups semisweet chocolate chunks |
1 cup chopped nuts |
Directions:
1. Sift dry ingredients. 2. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until creamy. 3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. 4. Gradually beat in flour mixture. 5. Stir in chunks and nuts. 6. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets. 7. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes at 375 degrees. |
