  1. Saute onions in oil until soft.
  2. Add peppers, chicken, and chili power.
  3. Careful not to burn chili powder, stir often, add water if necessary (a bit at a time).
  4. Cook for 15 - 20 min.
  5. Serve with Tortillas, and any garnish you like.
