Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Make the honey mustard mixture as directed on the package in a medium-sized bowel (combining oil and vinegar, and orange juice in the place of water). When you are finished, set it to the side.
  2. Set the grill at high.
  3. Put a light amount of oil on the grate of the grill and cook chicken on each side until juices come out clear (usually between 6 and 8 minutes). When finished, remove from grill and cut cooled meat into strips.
  4. Combine the mixed greens, chicken, pecans, berries and peas. Stir in the honey mustard dressing, and toss.
