Directions:

  1. Seedless watermelon, cut into 1 cubes
  2. Basket of yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
  3. Handful of kalamata olives, cut into slivers
  4. Handful of fresh basil leaves, cut into chiffonade
  5. Handful of fresh mint leaves, cut into chiffonade
  6. Zest of 1 lime
  7. Sprinkle of kosher salt
  8. Tbsp red wine vinegar
  9. Tbsp olive oil
  10. /2 cup of crumbled feta cheese (optional)
