Ingredients:

  • 1 cup crisco
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 -3 tbsp milk

Directions:

  1. Cream crisco and sugar.together.mix well.
  2. Add next 5 ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour 3/4ths of the batter into a greased jelly roll pan -
  4. Spread cherry pie filling over the top.
  5. Dot with remaining batter -
  6. Bake at 350* for 30-25 minutes.
  7. Drizzle with almond glaze while still warm.
  8. Cut into bars - to serve.
