Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat together first 3 ingredients.
  2. Blend in next 2 ingredients and 2 tablespoons parsley.
  3. Refrigerate remaining parsley.
  4. Shape mixture into 9” log then wrap in plastic wrap and chill 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Toss together remaining parsley and almonds then use to coat log.
  6. Serve with crackers.
