Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • american cheese ( cheddar , i use any cheese as long as it orange in color)

Directions:

  1. In saucepan, heat butter, add flour.
  2. Stir until light brown, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add milk, bring to a slow boil.
  4. Add cheese, one slice at a time.
  5. Simmer to desired thickness (For thinner sauce, add less flour).
