Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring butter and water to a boil.
  2. Mix in flour and salt, stir until dough is a solid ball.
  3. Remove from stove and beat in 1 egg.
  4. Add the other egg and beat until glossy and blended.
  5. Beat in cheese and cayenne pepper.
  6. Spoon batter into a large pastry bag fitted with a large fluted tip (or spoon batter into a large zip lock bag; gather batter to one corner of the bag and cut the tip off, about the size of a dime).
  7. Dot the batter onto a greased baking tray about 1/4 inch apart.
  8. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
  9. *If you have a wheat allergy (as I do) us SPELT flour or Corn meal.
