Ingredients:

  • 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated to yield 1 cup
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tbsp onion juice
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp gin

Directions:

  1. Put cheese in bowl and warm to room temperature. Mix with mayo and all other ingredients until well blended. Chill until ready to serve. Can serve as a spread, or spread on crackers and toast under broiler until cheese bubbles.
