Use as a spread for crackers. Has a little kick! Ingredients:
4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated to yield 1 cup |
1 tablespoon mayonnaise |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 tablespoon onion juice |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1 teaspoon dry vermouth |
1 teaspoon gin |
Directions:
1. Put cheese in bowl and warm to room temperature. Mix with mayo and all other ingredients until well blended. Chill until ready to serve. Can serve as a spread, or spread on crackers and toast under broiler until cheese bubbles. |
