Ingredients:

  • 3 (46 oz) cans pineapple juice
  • 1 pint brandy (16oz)
  • 1 pint cointreau liqueur (16oz)
  • 3 (25 oz) bottles champagne (or thereabouts)

Directions:

  1. Mix pineapple juice, brandy, cointreau and corn syrup. Cover & chill for 24hrs.
  2. When ready to serve, put in a large punch bowl with a big chunk of ice and add the champagne.
