Caesar-like Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 12 large wooden mixing spoons of mayonaisse
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp veg oil

Directions:

  1. Find a large jar with a tight fitting lid to use as a shaker.
  2. Put all the ingredients in the jar and shake until well mixed (this may take a few minutes but it's great upper-arm exercise!).
  3. Open and taste!
  4. You may alter the ingredients to your own taste, e.g., more or less lemon, soy, garlic, sugar, etc.
