Ingredients:

  • 9 premade pie crust
  • 1 cup.packed light brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Place pie crust on a foil lined cookie sheet. Beat together sugar,eggs,half and half and vanilla in a bowl using wire whisk.
  2. Bake 40 to 45 mins. or till filling is set. Place dish on wire rack to cool. Serve at room temperature or refrigerate
