This is a creamy custard pie,great with some nuts on top and ice cream or just whipped topping Ingredients:
9 premade pie crust |
1c.packed light brown sugar |
4 lg. eggs |
2 c.half and half |
2t.vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Place pie crust on a foil lined cookie sheet. Beat together sugar,eggs,half and half and vanilla in a bowl using wire whisk.
2. Bake 40 to 45 mins. or till filling is set. Place dish on wire rack to cool. Serve at room temperature or refrigerate
