Directions:

  1. Bake squash and three cloves of garlic 45 minutes in 325 oven. In stockpot, saute chopped onion, carrots, celery stalks, roasted garlic, sweet potato. Add cubed squash and cover with chicken broth. Simmer for 30-40 minutes. Blend all ingredients, add milk, sour cream and spices. Stir and season as needed.
