Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Beat well.
  2. Mix baking powder and soda. Gradually add this mixture.
  3. Pour half of batter in a greased and floured pan.
  4. Cover with a layer of apples.
  5. Add half of strudel.
  6. Add the rest of batter.
  7. Top with remaining strudel.
  8. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
