Brownie Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup. sugar
  • 3/4 cup. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • 2 1/4 cup. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 2 square brownies, cut into small pieces
  • 1 1/2 cup. chocolate chips (i mixed them up, white, milk and dark)
  • 1/2 cup. toffee brickle bits (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs, beat till fluffy. Stir in dry ingredients until well mixed, fold in brownie bits, chips and brickle bits if using.
  2. Drop onto foil lined cookie sheets, bake at 300 degrees until lightly golden brown (about 12 minutes).
  3. Cool and enjoy
