Ingredients:

  • 1 (22 oz) box brownie mix
  • 2 large beaten eggs
  • 3/4 cup brazil nuts or 3/4 cup nuts , of your choice

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except the nuts into mixer bowl.
  2. Blend for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Dough should form a ball.
  4. Toss in the nuts and combine well.
  5. Pat into a 14 x 4 inch log on parchment lined cookie sheet.
  6. Flatten slightly.
  7. Bake 350 degrees preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove onto a wire rack and cool 12 minutes.
  9. Slice into slices with a serrated knife.
  10. Place back on parchment sheet cut side down.
  11. Return to oven for 8 minutes.
  12. Turn each slice over.
  13. Return back to oven 8 minutes.
  14. Turn off oven, keep door slightly ajar.
  15. Leave in oven 40 minutes.
  16. Remove to a wire rack, and cool completely.
  17. Store airtight in a tin container.
