Broccoli / Raisin Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp vinegar

Directions:

  1. Mix dressing ingredients, except cheese.
  2. Pour over broccoli.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Toss.
  5. Sprinkle with grated cheddar chesse.
