Ingredients:

  • 1/2 small red cabbage
  • 1/2 small green cabbage
  • 1 1/2 cups broccoli
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/3 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. With cutting board and sharp knife, Chop up the red and green cabbage. Slice up the carrots, cucumber, broccoli into thin strips. Place in a bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk up the mayo, vinegar, sugar and italian dressing to taste. Add mixture to the veggies, blend well.
  3. Chill for 3 hours.
