Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven according to Biscuit Manufacturers instructions.
  2. Lightly flour surface for rolling, separate biscuits.
  3. Roll out biscuits to around 1/8 thick, cover and set aside.
  4. In a large skillet, brown sausage, do not drain.
  5. Add onions, stirring frequently until soft, at this point drain any remaining grease.
  6. In a separate bowl whisk together eggs and milk, then add shredded cheese.
  7. Add egg mixture to sausage mixture, and cook over Medium heat, stirring constantly, until no longer runny. (or you constancy of preference)
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Spoon egg mix evenly onto 1/2 of each rolled out biscuit.
  10. Fold Biscuit over and press firmly to seal.
  11. Place on cookie sheet.
  12. Brush with melted butter.
  13. Bake according to Biscuit directions.
  14. *** I find I sometimes have to stretch out the folded dough to make a double fold.
