Bread Machine Cinnamon Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 cups bread flour
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp yeast
  • 3 tbsp white sugar
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Add milk, water, melted butter, egg, salt, flour, sugar and yeast to bread machine on dough cycle and run machine.
  2. Roll out dough into a 12x16-inch rectangle.
  3. Melt 1 T butter and spread on dough to within 1/2 inch of edges.
  4. Mix sugars and cinnamon together and spread over dough.
  5. Roll dough up and cut in half. (The roll should be 16 inches long.).
  6. Pinch ends closed.
  7. Place in bread pans.
  8. Let rise for 1 hour.
  9. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  10. Bake for 20 minutes.
  11. Let cool for about 10 minutes then dump out of bread pans and let cool on wire rack.
