Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Grease & flour 10 inch tube pan. Line with wax paper
  3. Combine flour with brown sugar, sugar salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking soda. Mix well
  4. In a separate bowl, beat eggs well, then beat in oil, vanilla and buttermilk.
  5. Stir into dry ingredients until well blended.
  6. Add 1/4 cup nuts and coconut
  7. Turn batter into tube pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour
  8. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
  9. Spread with Cream Cheese Frosting and top with remaining nuts FROSTING
  10. Blend cream cheese, vanilla, sugar, and butter together and beat until of spreadable consistency
