Blueberry Cobbler W/ Bisquick

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 4 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup bisquick
  • 1/4 cup skim milk

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Mix 1/2 cup sugar(hold back 1 T) & cornstarch in 2 quart saucepan
  3. Stir in blueberrie (can used frozen or fresh) & water
  4. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly
  5. Boil & stir for 1 minute
  6. Pour into ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole
  7. Mix remaining ingredients until soft ball forms
  8. Drop dough, by tablespoons, onto hot blueberry mixture
  9. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes
