Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2/3 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Bake according to manufacturer's instructions.
  2. Add celery during the add in cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading.
